Black Guard

The Black guard (The Dogs) is a guild representing a unit of well-trained heavier armoured warriors depicting the huscarls to the leader of the day and in service to the Konungr.

Members are invited based on attributes which exemplify the huscarl.

Members make a commitment to attend events, fair play, leadership, fighting skill and team work. They must also have a higher standard of kit.

The unit are called upon for theatrical, ceremonial and tactical. Purposes to enhance scripts and performances especially at major events.
