The Vikings Society Arena Handbook (.pdf) sets out how the Viking Society is to manage its arena displays.

The document should be all encompassing: the Hersirs need to read and understand their roles and responsibilities to help manage the various combat displays but other Departments e.g. Marshals, PA, First Aid, water-carriers as well as Missile and Cavalry Thegns etc should also read it.
