Located in Loughton, Epping Forest and easily accessed from either the M11 or M25. The address is:

Caravans, motor homes and dogs (strictly under control) are all welcome. Caravans and Campers must go on roadways or in the car park in the event of very wet weather in the week leading up to the event. Otherwise, these will be able to camp with the tents. Please pre-book your slot here - - failure to do so may mean we do not have space for you.

Some indoor camping is available, The charge is £55 per person per night so 3 nights would be £165 (room only). To book, email debdenbookings@newham.gov.uk

Brick toilet and showers. Outdoor smoking/vaping will be allowed.

Fireboxes are OK, and we are working on sourcing firewood.

The site are offering breakfast buns & tea/coffee

  • £8 for Bacon, egg, cheese, hash brown breakfast bap.
  • £7 for veggie which is minus the bacon.
  • Tea £2,
  • Coffee £2.50.

We have been asked to provide approximate numbers of those wishing to buy a bun - please show your interest here. Please note, this is NOT a pre-order, just an expression of interest.

Camping will be on field 1 and combat / missiles and other activities on field 3. Indoor activities will be held in the Cafe or in the Marquee located on field 4.

 11.00 am           Easter Egg Hunt for children under 12 and their supervising bigger person. This is a scavenger-style hunt with a variety of edible and non-edible goodies, and will take place (location tbc) at 11am on the Sunday. Just as it has been in previous years the hunt is open to all members aged 12 and under but a spot MUST be pre-booked. To book your place please email vikingsyouthcoordinator@gmail.com with the child's name, age, group and any allergies. There are 15 spaces and they are first come first served. This isn't a babysitting service so all children participating need to be accompanied by a responsible grown up or big person.

                     Leechcraft Nature Walk - leaving from Marquee
  2:00pm -  3:15pm  Afternoon session 1 :- 
                    •  Combat testing (if req.) .... or else more training/Combat games.
