JC: as stated elsewhere, guidelines in docstore takes precedence, so the thrall to fri-hals promotion guidelines here are wrong. The promotion options DO include the basic LHE skills test. The promotion to Drengr could be written more clearly: 7 assessment points plus 1 point for passed Drengr kit check plus 1 point for show attendance (20 show points).
