Ulfhrafnar

Ulfhrafnar was founded in 2015 and is based in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

We seek to represent the household of a Danish Nobleman who has come to the British Isles to gain land. We focus on the period of King Alfred and The Great Heathen Army (865AD – 896AD) but do cover the whole of the Viking period (790AD – 1066AD). We strive to be a family friendly group with a strong Living History focus. Members are encouraged to learn a craft from the period that they can display in our camp.
